Hello,
I'm running into an error using the Decile Hub REST API to automate importing contacts and pipeline prospects into my account.

Org and people creation are working fine via the API, but I'm getting a 403 Forbidden on all POST requests to /api/v1/pipeline_prospects. I checked my token's permissions array and it comes back as empty ([]), which I believe is why pipeline writes are blocked.

Is there a way to require signing of NDA for visitors to my data room prior their entry from a publicly shared link?

Looks like something happened to the bank sync. Transactions don't appear to have been updated since April. Also, under Back Office->Investments - updates to valuations don't seem to be appearing.

When we upload strange and unusual characters via CSV Decile hub converts them to ? (question mark).

All cause this problem.  We want to get non-printing characters into DecileHub to work around the problem that you cannot use a field as a sub variable if it is empty.

Hello, I’m looking to create an investor/LP onboarding form that feeds directly into our backend. The goal is to create a pipeline for prospective investors so we can manage outreach and schedule meetings, similar to how the deal flow inquiry form works for companies. Is there a way to set this up?

Bug Report:

Inside `Back Office`, on `Portfolio` tab, I want to `Add Position`.

The position is an UNCAPPED safe with discount + MFN.

However, the form requires me to select a Pre/Post cap, and the cap amount cannot be $0. so it fails with an error.

How do I enter an uncapped SAFE with MFN?

Happened again.

The list of pipelines to copy settings from should include pipelines of other types.

For example, I am asking people to set up meetings with me when I visit NYC.  I want to copy event pipeline and then modify it.

We have our event pipeline set up like this.  But instead of waiting 10 days to move the people to RSVP - No it did so immediately, at which point we acked them that they will not attend.  That is very embarrassing.

Is there a way to rename our channel. I ended up changing the fund name to something else and want my channel to reflect it

As soon as people register for our event they see the venue address.

We do not want that because we must approve registrations.  We do not want gate crashers.

If I click on Register link from same page a second time (ie. because of a problem registering first time) I get an error.

Same newsletter, same RV account, Firefox vs. Chrome both pages refreshed multiple times.  One of them (Firefox) shows old content and one (Chrome) shows new content.  When my assistant logs in she only sees old content.  When I send a test email from the newsletter showing the new content I get new content to my email.  I scheduled send from that browser and I hope the new content will get sent... but who knows?!?

You cannot copy a newsletter into an event invite email - you lose all formating, images, substitution variables.

Not reasonable.

In Newsletter interface, the formatting bar does not detach and stay on screen as you scroll.  When you do a reasonably sized newsletter you need to scroll back to the formatting bar every time you set format and then scroll back down to where you are working.  This is not reasonable.

Does the emailer/email templates have a way to see opens?  

Can we embed something that gives analytics?  

my fund was deleted. how do I put it back onto decile hub?

My investor received a totally blank PACT PDF - not a single character of text.  (I changed name to Anonymous since everyone sees these.)

The email itself was fine, just the attachment was broken.

Downloading from Decile Hub gets exactly the same result.  It is the one signed June 30 for USD 75,000.  All others are fine, but this one is totally blank.

Chrome Hub Extension deal importer keeps selecting the wrong pipeline

I am unable to use the deal importer. Every time I use the importer it chooses the wrong pipeline for deals, even after I manually set it to the correct pipeline. (E.g., it selects the deal pipeline for an old SPV). 

It would be helpful if it remembered the last pipeline, and presented a drop down next to the import button so the user could verify where the deal is being imported to and change if necessary.

How to connect my Gmail account with Hub that it should increase the deliverability. As now emails end up in promotion box when I send them to LPs

We are working with AI generated text for our emails which we store in a custom field of the prospect so we can embed it in DecileHub templates and do mass send of customized emails.  Having some problems.

1. If the text has line breaks they are removed when the value substitutes in.  For example:

The system does not allow these fields to be blanks, but we sometimes want them blank.  Right now I am using a zero width space as a work around (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zero-width_space).  This works because Unicode does not consider it a white space so your code does not filter it out, but I'm using a specification error on DecileHub side to work around the problem.

We are running into workflow problems with closing LPs who signed a PACT and then want to invest with their IRA fund. How do I change the settings of the PACT and the investor onboarding process so they can select that they intend to invest their Self Directed IRA (or even a DAF...) I think it should just autopopulate their ability to check "read and approved" and fill in the custodian's name, and all that stuff. Because the current process generates the docs completely wrong and then it's a mess.
